In March of 2020, we started hosting free breathwork and meditation calls to support our community. As many people found themselves feeling unsure about the future, these breathwork sessions paved the way for tapping into clarity and peace.

So we put together 8 guided breathwork and 8 guided meditation sessions to help you grow and access your own sense of calm.

These prescriptive techniques will help to specifically address different feelings and areas of your life. Feeling anxious? There’s a track to help. Feeling overwhelmed, lonely, or blocked in your creativity? There are tracks to help there, too!

This audiovisual experience will take you through a variety of breathing techniques all guided by Stef. You’ll get high quality videos to show you exactly how to utilize each technique, as well as audios you can use any time, anywhere. You can do the breathwork with or without music. Then you will slip into a guided meditation / visualization from Christine that will support you in cultivating more of what you desire in your life.

A LITTLE MORE ON BREATHWORK

Breathwork is perfect for you if you have trouble getting out of your head. It is a simple, yet extremely powerful way to release repressed feelings and past pains – creating greater peace in the heart, mind and body. We utilise various modern and ancient methodologies, such as holotropic and biodynamic techniques that tap into the pain often held unknown to us in our nervous systems and psyches.

We will also provide you with simple breath techniques that you can take home and implement on a daily basis in an empowered way. This process will give you a deeper sense of wholeness, accessing a power within you, you never thought you were capable of experiencing.

The practice is graceful, yet revealing and liberating. All of this is achieved through a familiar state of consciousness/awareness; grounding you in a greater sense of safety. This allows you to maximize and open more to the experience, in turn getting more from it and accelerating your growth.

About Stefanos Sifandos

Stefanos Sifandos (born February 28, 1982) is an Australian entrepreneur and relationship coach who has worked for over two decades in the personal development/transformation and self-help space. He is known for his work on sexuality, psychology, human interaction, leadership, communication, and self-empowerment. The lessons derived from this work represent both Eastern and Western methodologies and promote spiritual balance in life and love.

Sifandos is the founder of Elementum Coaching Institute, Love Amplified, and the global men’s movement – MPowered Brotherhood.[8] He has also authored two books leveraging his background in behavioral science, somatics, relationships, his own trauma that he chose to move through and his understanding of peak human performance.[9] He is regarded as one of the most influential and respected relationship coaches in the world and has worked with a wide array of clients including Olympic gold medalists, special forces soldiers, couples, CEO’s, high performing entrepreneurs and everyday people.

Apart from that, Stefanos is a keynote speaker and has appeared at a number of events/conferences/talkshows/podcasts sharing his industry knowledge. Some notable podcasts that he has been featured on include Leann Rimes, Aubrey Marcus, Mark Groves, Lori Harder, Ben Greenfield, and Rising Woman.

About Christine Hassler

Christine Hassler is a best-selling author, keynote speaker, master coach, and podcast host who is committed to guiding people and organizations into their highest potential. She left her successful job as a Hollywood agent at 25 to pursue a life she could be passionate about . . . but it did not come easily. After being inspired by her own unexpected challenges and experiences, she realized her journey was indeed her destination.

In 2005, she wrote her first book 20 Something 20 Everything and then The 20 Something Manifesto in 2008. Her latest best-selling book Expectation Hangover: Free Yourself from Your Past, Change Your Present and Get What You Really Want is the guidebook for how to treat disappointment on the emotional, mental, behavioral and spiritual levels.

Today, she supports individuals in answering the questions: “Who Am I, What do I want, and How do I get it?” Christine is a master coach who combines life coaching with the principles of spiritual psychology. Christine’s passion for coaching was born at the age of 23 when she met her first life coach, Mona. She thought she was just going to get some advice about the challenges she was having with her boyfriend and questions she had about her career, but she ended up seeing and studying with Mona for over a decade.
