Dr. K’s Guide to Mental Health explores comprehensive approaches to Anxiety, Depression, Meditation, and ADHD. Inspired by Final Fantasy X’s Sphere Grid, Dr. K designed a choose-your-own-adventure learning experience so that you can take control of your mental wellness.

Dr. K’s Guide to Mental Health takes you on a journey through Anxiety, Depression, Meditation, and ADHD. By the end of it, you’ll be armed with the knowledge you need to work towards a stronger state of mind.

This module digs into where anxiety comes from, why instinctive methods to control don’t work, and how to uncover the roots of anxiety and move towards conquering it.
